Please allow 1-3 working days for your item to be dispatched, this is variable on the product and current lead times. Should dispatch take longer than the stated time, we will contact you in the first instance. Please remember the dispatch/processing time is in addition to the shipping time.

We always recommend you select a tracked or signed for delivery service to ensure better traceability of your item. There is always an option for this at checkout. We obtain proof of postage receipts for all orders, so if you select a standard postage option, we would use this to open a claim with the courier company in an event of a lost item. Please note, courier companies have there own lead times for investigating and issuing refunds, we will always advice you of this and can not speed up the process.
